Glad2glow Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using any glad2glow services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the glad2glow platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and glad2glow as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
The glad2glow platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. glad2glow reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of glad2glow services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access within a reasonable time.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any communication with glad2glow.
- Sharing your account details with others or allowing anyone else to use your account.
- Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Taking any action that compromises the security or integrity of glad2glow's systems.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the glad2glow platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that every deposit you make comes from a legitimate funding source that belongs to you. glad2glow does not accept funds from third parties on behalf of other users.
Deposits successfully credited to your account are final and cannot be reversed once processed. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the designated timeframe depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your glad2glow account.
Glad2glow reserves the right to request identity verification documents and proof of funds before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance measure designed to protect the security of user accounts and to meet applicable legal requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal being put on hold.
Any errors or discrepancies in a transaction must be reported to the glad2glow support team within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Late reports may not be processed.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Glad2glow reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has breached these terms and conditions or has engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
Accounts may be temporarily suspended for investigation purposes when there are signs of unusual activity. During the suspension period, all account functions — including deposits, betting, and withdrawals — will be restricted. A suspension does not mean permanent closure, and glad2glow will communicate the outcome of the investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
For accounts permanently closed due to fraud or misconduct, any remaining funds may be forfeited subject to the outcome of the investigation. Users who are dissatisfied with an account closure decision may submit an appeal to the glad2glow support team by email within 30 days of the notification date.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and any eligible balance has been withdrawn through the standard procedure.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Glad2glow provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. glad2glow is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings or betting opportunities due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
Glad2glow's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and other elements on the glad2glow platform are the exclusive property of glad2glow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from glad2glow.
Third-Party Links
The glad2glow platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided solely for user convenience, and glad2glow is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Glad2glow reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
